Thin Brick Packaging

This space-saving solution will stack 6 pallets high on your brickyard or at the distribution center.

Thin Brick Corrugated Plastic package sheds water and can be printed in two colors.  See our page on Stone Packaging for more information on Surrounds and Lids.

HMC custom TB trays hold 20 to 40 Thin Bricks and may be printed in multiple colors, including barcodes and instructions. They are highly moisture-resistant.

The enviro-friendly "green design" encourages recycling. The plastic surrounds, lids, and plastic strapping are 100% recyclable. If jobsite crews return the plastic with the pallets, these items can be collected and sold to recyclers, and the pallets can be reused.

Our best-selling board. Air drying saves costs and performs best in the package. We stock and custom cut a variety of sizes and thicknesses.

KILN-DRIED WOOD VENEER
Our highest-quality wood packaging board. Smoother, more consistently flat, and more compatible with automated plants.

GREEN WOOD VENEER
Great for the high volume user. The veneer is cut and immediately palletized, resulting in lowest cost and shortest lead times.

CORRUGATED PLASTIC
Although more costly than wood boards, plastic will not deteriorate and is very consistent in size and strength for automated applications.

BRICK PAPER ROLLS
For use in automated packaging or production. If you make paper cut brick, we have the rolls that you need. We also have brick packaging rolls for use with your automated packaging equipment.
