Halbert Mill Company offers a wide array of equipment and services for converting, packaging and shipping your paper or board. We can also apply your custom labeling.

SHEETERS
HMC's sheeting system can produce customized sheets up to 72" wide and 105" long.

TRIMMERS
Our trimming equipment can cut sheets up to 66" wide.

ROTARY DIE CUTTING
Our conversion system boasts a 66" x 85" rotary die cutter that will accommodate either rolls or sheets.

FLAT DIE CUTTING
HMC offers die cutting with a 29" x 41" clamshell press for boards from .020 to .250.

REWINDING (pictured at right)
This versatile system features a shear-slitting station with up to 12 knives allowing rolls as narrow as 3". We can unwind any core size and diameter roll and rewind to 58".
